Questions we get often
How is this different from Papervee?
Papervee is a capable tool, but put side by side with Clockr it shows less care for the individual employee. We built the interface starting from the people who use it daily — not just the HR Manager. We're also part of a family of products built by the same team with the same philosophy.
Can I import data from another system?
Yes. We import for free from Papervee, Charisma HR, UCMS, Excel, or any tabular format. Our team handles the migration for you within the first 5 business days, at no extra cost.
Is it compliant with Romanian labour law?
Yes, fully. Contract templates comply with the updated Labour Code, leave calculations follow current legislation, and reports are ready to present to the labour inspectorate. We have an in-house legal consultant who updates templates with every legislative change.
How long does implementation take?
For a team under 50 people, you're up and running the same day. For larger companies, we assign an implementation manager and estimate 1–2 weeks — depending on how much data needs to be migrated and how many approval workflows need to be configured.
What is the connection with DreamJobs and TeCalificăm?
We're the same team, building with the same values and serving the same companies. Clockr is the HR product in this family, alongside DreamJobs (job board) and TeCalificăm (courses for skilled workers). Each product works independently today — over time, they'll share more of what it means to manage a company's people.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours, always. There's an export button in Settings that gives you all your data in Excel and PDF — timesheets, contracts, files, everything. We keep it for 90 days after cancellation, then delete it permanently. No negotiations, no retention calls.
